These terms are an agreement between you and Long Group, LLC, doing business as Long & Co. Technologies ("we", "us"). They cover LongCoreHQ, available at longcorehq.com and app.longcorehq.com. By using LongCoreHQ, you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree for that company too.

Accounts and company workspaces
You need an account to use LongCoreHQ. Give us true information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Each company works in its own workspace. The company's admins decide who joins, what role each person has, and which products they can use. If your company gave you your account, your company controls it.
Acceptable use
Use LongCoreHQ only for lawful business purposes. Do not:
- break the law or anyone else's rights,
- send spam or messages people did not agree to receive,
- upload malware or try to break, overload, or get around the service's security,
- access another company's workspace or data without permission,
- copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
Your data
Your company owns the data it puts into LongCoreHQ. We use it only to provide the service, as our Privacy Policy explains. You can export or delete it. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you add.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid products are billed by subscription through Stripe, our payment provider. Prices and plan details are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it. If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until it is fixed.
Connected services
You can connect LongCoreHQ to services from others, such as Google and Microsoft. Your use of those services follows their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for them. You can disconnect them at any time.
AI features
Some features use AI to help prepare work, such as drafts and summaries. AI can be wrong. Review what it prepares before you rely on it or send it. People decide; the AI assists.
Service provided as is
We work to keep LongCoreHQ running and secure, but we provide it "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be error free or always available.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what your company paid us for LongCoreHQ in the 12 months before the claim.
Suspension and termination
You can stop using LongCoreHQ and close your account or workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, fail to pay, or put the service or other customers at risk. When we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem and export your data.
Changes
We may update the service and these terms. If a change to these terms matters, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. If you keep using LongCoreHQ after that, you accept the new terms.
